So Anthropic has released Claude Haiku 5.5. According to Artificial Analysis, it's intelligence score is 43. Not bad!
I'm using Qwen 3.8 Flash Next, which has a score of 40 locally. So I'm getting near Haiku intelligence at the cost of electricity.
But of course, there are trade offs. My Ryzen AI Max can only do inference speed between 4 to 22 tokens per second. The prefill speed is also really long. Now, on my wish list, I wish there's a Qwen 3.8 35B A3B, but American- or European-made. Better yet, Singapore-made.
